In case of any DOA, 2-3 pictures of the fish in the unopened bag are required to be emailed to us at tankfulguppyfarm@tankfulguppyfarm.com within one hour of delivery. The pictures must clearly show the fish in the unopened bag. After an hour, we assume the fish were neglected on a sunny or snowy porch and are deceased as a result. Failure to send the required picture within one hour of delivery voids all guarantees and refunds.

PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PAID FOR.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
We charge a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping via Priority 2-3 day shipping with the United States Postal Service. The shipping price INCLUDES not only the livestock, but also INCLUDES the bag, heat or cold pack as needed, the shipping materials, etc.
IMPORTANT: The $15.00 Shipping charge is the same regardless of how many items you add to your order. It is not $15 for each bag of fish.
